What is Second Life?
Second Life is a 3D digital world imagined and created by its Residents. Second Life is the size of a small city, with thousands of servers (called simulators) and a Resident population of over 16 million (and growing). Residents come to the world from over 100 countries with concentrations in North America and the UK.
vielife and Second Life
vielife has been working with Linden Labs, the creators of Second Life, to host our GET Island (Go, Experience, Thrive) pilot project in the virtual world. GET Island was developed to explore the concept of delivering health coaching via the highly visual and interactive 3-D virtual environment.
